Believe it or not, there is a business office of some sort on the other side of this rusty door. The whole wall is like this rusty door. You can see shelves and equipment through the window. I assume the people who use this place enter and exit through the back door by the parking lot.
The San Diego County Administration building has beautiful doors facing east and west that are also unused. The public enters and exits that building by the side doors by the parking lots. I shot this looking in from the east door, through the lobby and out through the west door, which faces the bay.
