Today our daughter, Amy, took us to a belated Mother’s Day lunch at an Italian restaurant on our street. One of the many attractions of our neighborhood is that we don’t have to go far to find good restaurants. Walking home afterwards, Jan and Amy stopped to look in a shop across the street from our home. I had previously seen this sculpture (copper or bronze?) of a saxophone player standing in the store. Today it was standing outside the door and they had put these flowers in the horn. I like it better with the flowers.
For a different photo of saxophone players, see my posting for March 30 at https://abesdailysnap.wordpress.com/2010/04/25/tuesday-3-30-10/ . And a mask in their window was my posting for Feb. 13 at https://abesdailysnap.wordpress.com/2010/04/24/saturday-february-13-2010/ .
